Badr MOUHCINE WCO

Mr. Badr Mouhcine, is a Head of Programmes at the World Customs Organization leading the EU-WCO Programmes on the Harmonized System and Rules of Origin in Africa. Mr. Mouhcine has over 15 years of experience in the implementation of cooperation, dialogue and capacity building programmes in international organizations. Prior to joining the WCO, Mr. Mouhcine worked at the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute supporting Arab Spring Countries in the Recovery of Illicit Assets and combatting money laundering and terrorism financing. He also held several positions at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development working on migration issues and as Communication Officer at the International Federation for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus promoting social inclusion and the rights of disabled people. Mr. Mouhcine holds an Executive Masters in Communication and European affairs from Institut de Hautes Etude des Communications Sociales, A Masters in Global Management from the University of Antwerp Management School and a Bachelor on Communications from University Mohammed V in Rabat.
