Tejo KUSUMA WCOTechnical Officer

Tejo was a Technical Officer at WCO, in the Sub directorate of Procedures and Facilitation working in the fields of Trade Facilitation and Digitalization, covering a number of portfolio e.g., WCO Data Model, Globally Networked Customs, Traveler Advance Data (API and BRI/PNR) and others. He has more than 10 years of experience in Customs procedures and digital system, providing facilitation and reengineering of export and import processes, procedures and automated systems at the national and international levels in coordination with the public institutions and international organizations Since January 2025, Tejo rejoined his Administration, Indonesian Customs as Policy Analyst at the Revenue and Strategic Planning, Directorate General Customs and Excise. He is responsible in developing business process map, digitalization as well as sustainable reform programme for his Administration.
