Ouk CHANSOPHEAP General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia
Chansopheap OUK is currently serving as a Deputy Director of the International Customs Cooperation Department at the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE). She has been with GDCE for over 14 years and has more than 9 years of specialized experience in the field of rules of origin. Her current responsibilities include negotiating Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) at the ASEAN, ASEAN-plus, and bilateral levels, verifying Certificates of Origin, and coordinating various ASEAN, multilateral, and bilateral meetings. She has recognized as a WCO-accredited expert on HS Classification since 2018 and in 2023, she has also selected as a Pre-accredited Expert on Rules of Origin.
